action plan 2019
YEAR OF SUCCESS!!!
8th May 2019
At the beginning of 2019, KISDO drew an action plan. Within a short period of time, we have succeeded in implementing about 80 % of our activities.
To start with, we printed our digital ID cards in January which is recognized in crossing the Sierra Leone-Guinea-Liberia borders. This was followed by an Easter outing in April at Bureh Beach that attracted more than 500 people.
As we speak, the founder and chairman of the organization, Mr. Sahr Moses Fayiah and the board chairman, Mr. Emmanuel Fallah Fockoh are in Kissi Bendu distributing sport items donated by pastor Fayia Neka. In addition, they are upgrading the library with more books and toys donated by Jelly Phonics, Swanstaff and Barnardos. They are also embarking on more community sensitization about KISDO.
One of our long term projects is planting cash crops. The team is in Buedu today to negotiate for some acres of land so that we can start planting 500 seedlings of Amazonian cocoa that was donated by Dr. Richard Nyuma Dembey. Please visit out photo studio and judge for your self
